The Choi lab has published a new study on West Nile virus in Journal of Virology

The Choi Lab's latest study shows how West Nile virus polymerase recognizes its RNA promoter, stem-loop A. Excitingly, RNA decoys mimicking this structure can block viral replication and infection. This work was led by Mandi Feinberg & My Le in collaboration with the Barrett Lab at UTMB.
